Dieses Modell mit hohen Kohlenstoffemissionen hat jedoch die Umwelt immens belastet. Vor dem Hintergrund der doppelten Kohlenstoffziele (Carbon Peak und Kohlenstoffneutralit\u00e4t) ist der \u00dcbergang zu einer kohlenstoffarmen Wirtschaft eine dringende Priorit\u00e4t geworden. Die stark von der Kohle abh\u00e4ngigen Industriesektoren sind der Schl\u00fcssel zum Erreichen dieser Kohlenstoffziele.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Kann RDF die Kohle vollst\u00e4ndig ersetzen? Wie wirksam ist es?<\/h3>\n<p>Feste r\u00fcckgewonnene Brennstoffe (RDF) sind feste Brennstoffe (in der Regel zylindrische Pellets), die durch mehrstufige Aufbereitung allgemeiner fester Industrieabf\u00e4lle hergestellt werden. Er zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Heizwert, eine stabile Verbrennung, einfache Bef\u00f6rderung und Lagerung sowie eine geringe Sekund\u00e4rverschmutzung aus. Er wird h\u00e4ufig in Trocknungsprozessen, bei der Zementherstellung, in Heizsystemen und bei der Stromerzeugung eingesetzt und bietet erhebliche Energie- und Kosteneinsparungen.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"777\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/slecotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/rdf2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Die Sortier- und Verwertungsanlage f\u00fcr Abf\u00e4lle ist mit einem vollst\u00e4ndig integrierten SPS-Steuerungssystem von Siemens ausgestattet. Durch vollautomatische Prozesse wie Zerkleinerung, Magnetabscheidung, Siebung, Entstaubung und Formung verwandelt es Industrieabf\u00e4lle in hochkalorische RDF (Refuse Derived Fuel) mit einer Kapazit\u00e4t von 10-15 Tonnen pro Stunde (t\/h). Bei kohlebefeuerten Kraftwerken kann jede Tonne RDF 0,8 Tonnen Kohle ersetzen. Bei einer Produktionsleistung von 200 Tonnen pro Tag entspricht dies 140 Tonnen Kohle, was den Kohleverbrauch drastisch reduziert. Dar\u00fcber hinaus zeigen Daten, dass die Verwendung von 40%-Alternativbrennstoffen (wie RDF) in der Zementproduktion die CO\u2082-Emissionen um etwa 100.000 Tonnen f\u00fcr jede Million Tonnen produzierten Klinkers reduziert. Dadurch wird die Abh\u00e4ngigkeit der energieverbrauchenden Unternehmen von herk\u00f6mmlichen fossilen Brennstoffen erheblich verringert, und es werden optimale Ergebnisse bei der Energieeinsparung, der Emissionsreduzierung, den Betriebskosteneinsparungen und der Effizienzsteigerung im Unternehmen erzielt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Abgesehen von der Verbesserung des Energiesubstitutionsdilemmas f\u00fcr kohleabh\u00e4ngige Industrien, ist die <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Refuse-derived_fuel\">RDF<\/a> Zu den Ausgangsmaterialien f\u00fcr RDF geh\u00f6ren verschiedene industrielle Nebenprodukte, Papierschlamm, ausrangierte M\u00f6bel, Kunststoffabf\u00e4lle, gebrauchte Kartons, Textilabf\u00e4lle und andere Haushaltsabf\u00e4lle.
