Sin embargo, este modelo de altas emisiones de carbono ha ejercido una inmensa presi\u00f3n sobre el medio ambiente. En el contexto de los objetivos duales de carbono (pico de carbono y neutralidad de carbono), la transici\u00f3n a una econom\u00eda baja en carbono se ha convertido en una prioridad urgente. Los sectores industriales que dependen en gran medida del carb\u00f3n son clave para alcanzar estos objetivos de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfPuede el RDF sustituir completamente al carb\u00f3n? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su eficacia?<\/h3>\n<p>El combustible s\u00f3lido recuperado (CSR) es un combustible en forma s\u00f3lida (normalmente pellets cil\u00edndricos) producido mediante el procesamiento de residuos s\u00f3lidos industriales generales a trav\u00e9s de m\u00faltiples etapas. Presenta caracter\u00edsticas como alto poder calor\u00edfico, combusti\u00f3n estable, facilidad de transporte y almacenamiento, y baja contaminaci\u00f3n secundaria. Se utiliza ampliamente en procesos de secado, fabricaci\u00f3n de cemento, sistemas de calefacci\u00f3n y generaci\u00f3n de electricidad, y ofrece importantes ahorros de energ\u00eda y costes.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"777\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/slecotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/rdf2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El sistema de clasificaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n de residuos emplea un sistema de control PLC Siemens totalmente integrado. Mediante procesos totalmente automatizados como la trituraci\u00f3n, la separaci\u00f3n magn\u00e9tica, el cribado, la eliminaci\u00f3n de polvo y el moldeo, transforma los residuos s\u00f3lidos industriales en CDR (combustible derivado de residuos) de alto valor calor\u00edfico, con una capacidad de 10-15 toneladas por hora (t\/h). Para las centrales el\u00e9ctricas de carb\u00f3n, cada tonelada de CDR puede sustituir a 0,8 toneladas de carb\u00f3n. Tomando como base una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n de 200 toneladas al d\u00eda, esto equivale a 140 toneladas de carb\u00f3n, lo que reduce dr\u00e1sticamente el consumo de carb\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los datos indican que el uso de combustibles alternativos 40% (como el CDR) en la producci\u00f3n de cemento reduce las emisiones de CO\u2082 en aproximadamente 100.000 toneladas por cada mill\u00f3n de toneladas de cl\u00ednker producido. Esto alivia significativamente la dependencia de las empresas consumidoras de energ\u00eda de los combustibles f\u00f3siles tradicionales, logrando resultados \u00f3ptimos en la conservaci\u00f3n de la energ\u00eda corporativa, la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones, el ahorro de costes operativos y el aumento de la eficiencia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de mejorar el dilema de la sustituci\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica para las industrias dependientes del carb\u00f3n, la <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Refuse-derived_fuel\">RDF<\/a> El propio proceso de producci\u00f3n desempe\u00f1a un papel vital en la reducci\u00f3n de residuos, el tratamiento inocuo y la recuperaci\u00f3n de recursos.
