Toutefois, ce mod\u00e8le \u00e0 fortes \u00e9missions de carbone a exerc\u00e9 une pression consid\u00e9rable sur l'environnement. Dans le contexte du double objectif carbone (pic carbone et neutralit\u00e9 carbone), la transition vers une \u00e9conomie \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone est devenue une priorit\u00e9 urgente. Les secteurs industriels fortement d\u00e9pendants du charbon sont essentiels pour atteindre ces objectifs en mati\u00e8re de carbone.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Le FTR peut-il remplacer compl\u00e8tement le charbon ? Quelle est son efficacit\u00e9 ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le combustible solide de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (CSR) est un combustible sous forme solide (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des granul\u00e9s cylindriques) produit par le traitement de d\u00e9chets industriels solides g\u00e9n\u00e9raux en plusieurs \u00e9tapes. Il pr\u00e9sente des caract\u00e9ristiques telles qu'un pouvoir calorifique \u00e9lev\u00e9, une combustion stable, une facilit\u00e9 de transport et de stockage et une faible pollution secondaire. Il est largement utilis\u00e9 dans les processus de s\u00e9chage, la fabrication de ciment, les syst\u00e8mes de chauffage et la production d'\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, et permet de r\u00e9aliser d'importantes \u00e9conomies d'\u00e9nergie et de co\u00fbts.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"777\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/slecotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/rdf2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me de tri et de valorisation des d\u00e9chets utilise un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le PLC Siemens enti\u00e8rement int\u00e9gr\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des processus enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9s tels que le concassage, la s\u00e9paration magn\u00e9tique, le criblage, le d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage et le moulage, il transforme les d\u00e9chets industriels solides en combustible d\u00e9riv\u00e9 des d\u00e9chets (RDF) \u00e0 haute valeur calorifique, avec une capacit\u00e9 de 10 \u00e0 15 tonnes par heure (t\/h). Pour les centrales \u00e9lectriques au charbon, chaque tonne de RDF peut remplacer 0,8 tonne de charbon. Sur la base d'une ligne de production unique de 200 tonnes par jour, cela \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 140 tonnes de charbon, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement la consommation de charbon. En outre, les donn\u00e9es indiquent que l'utilisation d'un combustible alternatif 40% (comme les FTR) dans la production de ciment r\u00e9duit les \u00e9missions de CO\u2082 d'environ 100 000 tonnes pour chaque million de tonnes de clinker produit.
