No entanto, este modelo de emiss\u00f5es elevadas de carbono exerceu uma enorme press\u00e3o sobre o ambiente. Tendo como pano de fundo os dois objectivos de carbono (pico de carbono e neutralidade de carbono), a transi\u00e7\u00e3o para uma economia de baixo carbono tornou-se uma prioridade urgente. Os sectores industriais fortemente dependentes do carv\u00e3o s\u00e3o fundamentais para atingir estes objectivos em mat\u00e9ria de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>O FTR pode substituir completamente o carv\u00e3o? Qual \u00e9 a sua efic\u00e1cia?<\/h3>\n<p>O Combust\u00edvel S\u00f3lido Recuperado (CDR) \u00e9 um combust\u00edvel de forma s\u00f3lida (tipicamente pellets cil\u00edndricos) produzido atrav\u00e9s do processamento de res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos industriais gerais em v\u00e1rias fases. Possui carater\u00edsticas como alto poder calor\u00edfico, combust\u00e3o est\u00e1vel, facilidade de transporte e armazenamento e baixa polui\u00e7\u00e3o secund\u00e1ria. \u00c9 amplamente utilizado em processos de secagem, fabrico de cimento, sistemas de aquecimento e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de energia, oferecendo poupan\u00e7as significativas de energia e de custos.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"777\" height=\"516\" src=\"https:\/\/slecotech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/rdf2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"size-medium aligncenter\" \/><\/p>\n<p>O sistema de triagem e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos para recursos utiliza um sistema de controlo PLC Siemens totalmente integrado. Atrav\u00e9s de processos totalmente automatizados como a tritura\u00e7\u00e3o, a separa\u00e7\u00e3o magn\u00e9tica, o rastreio, a remo\u00e7\u00e3o de poeiras e a moldagem, transforma os res\u00edduos s\u00f3lidos industriais em CDR (Combust\u00edvel Derivado de Res\u00edduos) de elevado valor calor\u00edfico, com uma capacidade de 10-15 toneladas por hora (t\/h). Para as centrais el\u00e9ctricas alimentadas a carv\u00e3o, cada tonelada de CDR pode substituir 0,8 toneladas de carv\u00e3o. Com base numa \u00fanica linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de 200 toneladas por dia, isto \u00e9 equivalente a 140 toneladas de carv\u00e3o, reduzindo drasticamente o consumo de carv\u00e3o. Al\u00e9m disso, os dados indicam que o uso de combust\u00edvel alternativo 40% (como o RDF) na produ\u00e7\u00e3o de cimento reduz as emiss\u00f5es de CO\u2082 em aproximadamente 100.000 toneladas para cada milh\u00e3o de toneladas de cl\u00ednquer produzido. Isso alivia significativamente a depend\u00eancia das empresas consumidoras de energia dos combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis tradicionais, alcan\u00e7ando \u00f3timos resultados em conserva\u00e7\u00e3o de energia corporativa, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es, economia de custos operacionais e ganhos de efici\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para al\u00e9m de melhorar o dilema da substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de energia para as ind\u00fastrias dependentes do carv\u00e3o, a <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Refuse-derived_fuel\">FTR<\/a> O processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o em si desempenha um papel vital na redu\u00e7\u00e3o de res\u00edduos, no tratamento inofensivo e na recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos.
